Founded in 2009, the Horse Country Chapter of DSDCTA was
established to promote dressage, combined training and driving with the horse’s welfare as the guiding priority.
Over recent years, the beautiful rolling hills of Ocala’s farm countryside have been slowly taken over by developers. With this
rapid development of Marion and surrounding counties, it prompted the Horse Country Chapter of
DSDCTA to identify one of our major goals as that of promoting and maintaining
the future of equestrian recreation within our surrounding areas.
When possible, it is our intent to become actively involved in our community to protect our waters, lands and natural resources for future
conservations and access.
Chapter meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, at 7:00 P.M. Additional Chapter activities may be scheduled at
different dates and times.
Membership in the Horse Country Chapter includes Group Membership with USDF.
Come join the fun!
